There we were, trying to find a cool spot in SoHo to shoot this amazing look. Unexpectedly, my photographer asked me to join the DOO WOP guys on Prince St.

My thoughts: “Me? Singing with them? I don’t know how to sing!”

As you can notice, I’m not shy. I’m not shy at all. But I was embarrassed of people staring at me, but you know what they say… Shame is always easier to handle if you have someone to share it with. So here I share with you a moment of craziness, of joy which I enjoyed and made me feel happy to be alive. Another one to cross down the list of “Things to do before 30” (Sing on the streets of Manhattan LOL) so unexpected but so real at the same time.

Y como cada fin de semana ahí estábamos, tratando de encontrar el lugar perfecto para tomar estas fotos. De la nada y sin esperarlo, mi fotógrafo me pidió que me uniera al grupo de los DOO WOP en Prince. Mi primer pensamiento fue: “¿Yo? ¿Cantando con ellos? ¡Pero si ni siquiera se cantar!”

Como podrán darse cuenta no soy tímida. Mas bien soy cero tímida. Pero me daba mil pena toda la gente que se me quedaba viendo, pero ya ven lo que dicen… “La vergüenza es siempre más fácil de manejar si tienes a alguien para compartirlo.” Así que aquí les comparto un momento de locura y alegría que me hizo sentir feliz de estar viva y me saco mil carcajadas. Otra cosa mas que puedo cruzar en mi lista de “Cosas que tengo que hacer antes de los 30” (cantar en vivo hahaha)
